Ashley I have started to actually input all the information and started seating everyone. I think it will be easier to eliminate then to add people.

Thanks Casey. This is the way it seems to work best.

Our tables were set up in a semi circle around the head table and the dance floor.

We put all the older family members at the front, and super close family. Younger cousins, extended family, we put in the back.

Honestly there is nothing you can do, but make sure you have the closer family right up front!

You could make a u shape or a semi circle of tables depending how many you have? you can play around with the tables on here

This is true. I can think of a few who would not mind.

For us the bars are at the back so I don’t think anyone will care that much about being far away from us 😂

I was thinking the same way. The sweetheart table at the top is in front of a large window. So picture the back wall all wimdow. To the bottom left is the dj and the bottom right is the bar. Dance floor all in the middle.We are being served out meal so forming a line will not be a problem for us. Ok so I was thinking of putting the head table more in the middle. But I really want to be in front of the window. So idk

I would put the food at the back, as far from the head table as possible. That way people are more spread wide instead of deep.


Or tables around the perimeter or a u shape with empty space in the middle for dances and speeches. People might be farther from the action but there wouldn't be multiple tables in their sight line.
