Seating chart

We are assigning tables but not seats, we will have their table #'s written on their envelopes with their drink tickets and a sign we will work on closer to the wedding

I would check local print shops too, they may be able to accommodate.

also a quick search on staples and I do see they offer foam poster boards, just not in same day printing.

I'm using a huge frame from Ikea, paining the acrylic and then using the cricut to do table numbers and names. But I have 45 people so it's simple.

Tiktok and pinterest have amazing DIY's do's and don't ideas.

Most commercial printers will do foam core, even Staples. You might have to call about pricing though.
