Seating chart

Courtney, on December 28, 2020 at 21:19 Posted in Wedding reception 0 5
Hey everyone! I need some help with whether or not to have assigned seating. We aren't having a dinner but there will be appitizers and cocktails with some speeches. Would it make it easier for everyone to have assigned seating so they aren't struggling to find a table/seat when they get there or is it pointless if there's no supper

Ah gotcha. I’d say assigned that way it makes it easier and people aren’t “wondering” if/where they can sit Smiley smile

Well I'd still have seating for everyone. I just don't know if it's a pain for people to pick there own seats or if I should just assign them a specific table

Hmm. Kinda difficult decision to make given that it’s not a “sit down” dinner but I think guests would appreciate being able to sit. Personally I wouldn’t want to stand the whole night but that’s just me.

If you're doing standing cocktail style and have no need for guests to be seated at a certain spot for a prolonged period of time, then no seating arrangements are required.
