I’ll be DIYing for sure! I just haven’t decided on what I wanna make exactly, I wanna be creative so I’m still brainstorming ideas, I am for it obviously lol

More so if you enojoy being crafty, if you hate that stuff ask your venue or a friend, a client of mine offered to do it for me for the cost of supplies. Which is nice to know in case for some reason I fail I have a back-up plan to fall on. Or even just to take some of the workload off of me. But I really wanted to do most of it myself, I’m excited to do that stuff!

Our venue supplies it - it's a basic banquet hall, so they have most of the extra stuff we need. They even offered us a money box lol

Where do you get the easel from suggestions?

I haven't done so as yet but I plan to make an acrylic board for the seating chart for our wedding. You can buy it at home depot for a reasonable price and use chalk markers to do this. This will probably be the only DIY i will be doing. But it is more cost effective then buying one custom made. I just wonder though how much are the easels to put the board on?

I bought a file from etsy at a very reasonable price, and I have started filling it in with the names as the RSVPs come in. We're then going to print it on a foam board, add a garland of greenery, and stand it on an easel beside the guest book table.

I bought a photo frame, it looks like a window with 6 sections. I have 6 tables so I will be making my own "photos" with the table assignments.

Our venue has some boards that we are able to use. I will most likely see if I can get it a week before the wedding and then write it out myself. Would rather not spend the money to have it custom made when its just writing out peoples names

I haven't DIY'd one, but it looks simple enough. The ones that I see are always so overpriced!!
