Hi guys so I'm trying to figure out some logistical issues. My guest #s will be between 40-48 ppl depending on my final count I won't know until next year. I want to have either a family style dinner or u-shaped I'd like everyone to be at the same table do you think it's possible with this setup in the pictures above. Since the wedding is end of October im hoping to have the reception in the chapel because its heated , there is a barn but it's open so it can get quite cold so I'd really appreciate your ideas !!

It's hard to give concrete answers without knowing the exact square footage of the space and what kind of distancing rules will apply by next October. Do you have an actual floor plan from the venue? It'll also depend on the size of their tables. General rule is 60" round table seats 8 people while a 72" round can seat 10 people comfortably.

If you want to be cautious and plan as if next October will have similar Stage 3 restrictions in Ontario, I would check the floor plan measurements to ensure your space can hold 8-10 tables, with 5-6 people per table separated 6ft apart.

If you prefer to have no one's backs towards the front where the head table will be, use a 72" table and fill it with 4-5 people max so they're only using half the table. Using those numbers, as long as your space is at least 1800 sq ft, you'll be fine.
