Seamstress in Metrovancouver and surrounding areas

Where in the Vancouver-Aldergrove areas can I find an amazing seamstress that won’t break the bank?I am buying a dress from Everything But the Groom and it will need a few alterations to make it perfect.It needs a solid liner or panel added to the back as it’s currently sheer and I have back fat lol 😝 I will also need it taken in slightly at the bust and possibly a slight hem unless someone knows where to buy platform wedding sneakers lol.I can’t wear heels and the dress touched the ground while they had me standing on the little platform thingy.
