I couldn’t find a ready made website that I liked for our wedding so I made one from scratch for free (only my time) with wix.com. I had no experience making a website and found it relatively easy to use.

If you have a wedding website you can add a Google form to it which is super easy to use.

You could create an excel spreadsheet with drop down menus beside each invited guest one for rsvp answer and one for menu selection.

Then you can have an idea of who is coming and what they are eating!

We used The Knot for ours. It was super simple to set up and we even got a few compliments on how easy it was to RSVP. Even a few people who are in their 70s and 80s were able to RSVP with no issue haha. We went with them because you can add meal options for people to select during the RSVP process.
