How do you encourage your guests to RSVP? We didn’t think to put a date for RSVP on our invites and I am nervous that they won’t respond quickly.

    If there's no deadline, there's no urgency for folks. I would send them a deadline or individually follow up asap, depending on when you sent them out and when you need the numbers by.

    I would do a follow up asap with all of the guests that haven't responded by phone calls.

    I would just send them a kind reminder to RSVP by a certain date, nothing wrong with bugging them as you need to give the venue your final numbers.

    I would definitely follow up and set a date now. Something like "We are still waiting for your RSVP. If we do not receive your RSVP by Feb 20, we will assume you cannot make it" or something like that.

    I see you are just shy of 1 month away, since that is pretty close I would reach out. Hopefully you do not have many and you can call and get a firm yes or no, time is running out.
