Like these wonderful ladies just mentionned, it's unfortunately quite normal. We would love to all plan ahead, but guests often need time to confirm. Here's a general timeline for the invitations:

If they still haven't confirmed two months before the wedding (since you sent your invitations early), you could definitely follow up!

Do you also have a wedding website? You could send invitations through there to remind your guests too.

How many guests have RSVPed so far?

I think Val might be on to something- a lot of people might be waititng to respond because April seems really far away to them.

Does your venue need your final numbers soon? If the deadline is coming up it sounds like you might end up having to spend some quality time with your phone and start traking people down.....and from what I gather that is normal.

Let's all vow to never be the late responders for someone else's wedding ever again! Such a pain!

Very normal (unfortunately)! Plus your invites went out pretty early, some people don't know their work schedules yet and just can't commit to anything so far out.

Any reason you needed the RSVP's back 3 months before your wedding? I'm getting married in April too and my invites go out at the end of the month (and even that's a touch early) and my RSVPs aren't due back until late March

Unfortunately it's very normal! You might even want to remind the people you haven't heard from with a text or call before the deadline. It took us 3 weeks to track down all the people that didn't respond in time!
