The Atrium is GORGEOUS! We didn't have enough people to book it for a Saturday as there's a minimum guest count for it.

We looked at the Botanical Gardens when venue searching, but ultimately didn't go with it. This is our thoughts:

Pros

- The photos would be BEAUTIFUL there

- I've heard good things about the food

- There's some great spaces depending on your wedding size.

Cons

- It's not 'private'. The ceremony space could have people walking by it

- To get to most of the reception spaces, you have to walk through their gift space which we didn't like

- We were having a smaller wedding so they showed us the Cafe which I hated. They do have a gorgeous courtyard and reception space attached to that that would have been better.

If you haven't as of yet, look at the Rock Garden which is another location of theirs just down the road. The reception space is GORGEOUS with glass walls and wooden beams looking out over the gardens. They also have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space and a nice stoned area that I thought could be a lovely place for cocktail hour. The different levels of the grounds are breathtaking as well with bridges over streams.

We ultimately didn't pick it because it would still be open to the public, even though they put a divider. I've heard from other brides that it wasn't too bad and you didn't notice the other people but we really didn't want to see anyone not related to our wedding that day.
