Ring Bearer - 21 months old what to carry

He can carry a funny sign!!! or he just carry the pillow!

Our ring bearer is 3 so we bought him a plush white bunny with feet that match our colours. We thought he would find comfort in carrying it and I think it’ll be super cute.

My Nephew was our ring bearer and he was almost 2, my niece was our flower girl (4 years old). She had a little flower ball to carry, but my nephew honestly walked down the isle holding my sisters hand and the flower girls hand, so it was easier for him not to carry anything!

As others have said, the ring security is really cute. with a briefcase that has a handcuff to his hand. With black shades and a mini suit. This is what i am doing too.

I like the idea of making a sign for him to carry. something cute or cheecky.

We had a 1 1/2 boy who walked down with a teenager and he helped with the flower petals to put down on the aisle. Simple fun thing for them to enjoy.

When I was a flower girl with my younger cousins he helped me spread flower petals down the aisle. Sure, it was annoying because I was 4 and his technique was to grab as many as he could and throw them in one spot.... (I was super upset by that because even at 4 I knew they are to be spread evenly to look nice and he was "ruining" it....) but it gave him somthing to do!

Some people have them carry signs like "ring security" or "here comes the bride". I've also seen them carry the ring pillow with dummy rings on it. I'm not sure if a 21 month old would have the attention span to carry these though!
Would he carry a teddy bear with rings (fake ones) tied to it? Then he would be the ring bear-er. (Sorry, I love a good pun!)

I've seen one ring bearer blow bubbles as he walks down, but he was about 4. I'm not around that many children so don't know if a 21 month old will get the concept.
