We made some tweaks and welcome opinions and advice on it. Because we are
expecting 300 guests it will be impossible to have a table to table
visit. We are going to have to do a small receiving line during cocktail
(unless someone has a better idea). It will be us two with both of our
parents (since 94% of the guests are family).
Cocktails and appetizers (white glove butler service)
BP Entrances(2 FG, 2 RB, Jr. BM & Jr. GM, 3 BM & GM, MOH & Best man) - before dinner
Bride and Groom Grand Entrance - before dinner
First Dance - right after our entrance
Bride's Father Speech/Toast 1.5 min – before dinner
Prayer – while 1st course is being served (by junior bridesmaid or junior groomsman)
Groom & Bride Thank you Speach (together) 1.5 min – while 1st course is being cleared
Best Man Speech/Toast 1.5 min – while 1st course being cleared/2nd course being served
Maid of Honour Speech/Toast 1.5 min – while 2st course being cleared
Groom’s Parent Speech/Toast 1.5 mins–2st course being cleared/3rd course being served
Family Dance - towards the end of the third course
Entertainment – during dessert
Dance floor is open for everyone
