The Greek on Portage has great Greek food. I like Johnny Roccos to get away from the tourist area for Italian. (Though I prefer Strata West but they don't open till too late) Doc Magilligans Irish pub has good food as well. Taps Brewhouse has a cool vibe and good food, especially if you are into craft beers.
