Referrals for wedding hair & makeup

Hi everyone! I could really use some help and advice from past brides or brides who have already had luck in their planning for hair and makeup services.

I need 11 girls including myself to be ready to go for 10:30am. Does anyone have ANY recommendations that aren't insanely expensive?
