We are going with Glendale Golf & Country Club. It's a beautiful venue with amazing food and the price includes a lot of things including linens.

And any place that does "functions" will do a reception. So any hotel, northlands expo, NAIT. Large restaurants but you have to use their menu. Pampa's would be amazing but pricey! Try a nice community league and great catering (Elizabethan catering is really good and they include plates, cutlery, glasses, etc)
