Help! Trying to figure out a way for my wedding mc to say that there is no reserved seating at my reception

    These signs are so cute! Definitely a good way to let people know there's no assigned tables.

    Lol same here! You could do both as well. Have an announcement and then a sign. That way if people missed it at the ceremony they will see the sign walking into the reception.

    I've been to a no assigned seat reception and whoever was greeting us at the welcome table (member of family/wedding party) let us know then. You can also have a sign so someone isn't stuck with letting everyone know the deal.

    I like the idea of it being told at the ceremony! I have a tendency to walk right by tables or signs and I'm sure some of my guests will too lol

    I've seen it where people have a sign posted near the guest book when people come in, this way they see it before they get seated.

    What if you have a sign right when guests come into the reception so that is the first thing they see. Or you can have your officiant make an announcement at the end of the ceremony so guests know this right away.
    This way you don’t have people looking for a seating plan and waiting for someone to tell them there isn’t one.
