Yes, you can totally find foliage that is lifelike. Michael's actually has a bundle of leaves I use frequently. You can use wire cutters to dismantle the pieces and then tape them togrther in a row with sticky floral tape. The bundles are $23 though, so get the Michaels App and you can buy them with coupons. It would probably be cheaper to buy fresh greens but only if you are going to DIY that as well.

I've had multiple friends who've gone with fake flowers. To be honest, unless you're touching the leaves or trying to smell them, you won't tell the difference. I know that www.afloral.com has a pretty good selection of silk flowers to choose from, so I'd start with them!
