Quebec wedding rules remain ridiculous

Any other Québec brides set for this fall and are at a complete loss? That's me! Despite my venue having a restaurant license, they refuse to operate as one and are sticking to 25 ppl max. Everyone will be vaccinated, it just doesn't make sense that montreal can have music festivals of thousands of people but we can't have weddings of more than 25...
