Quarry Lake

Hi! Has anyone gotten married at Quarry Lake? I have my ceremony there next year and it says only for 3 hours. How did you all set up and take down in that short time? A planner or a friend?

thanks !

What a beautiful location for a wedding ceremony, Courtney!

Have you decided what you will do for your set up and take down? Would it be within your budget to hire an event rental compny to handle this?

You've chosen a beautiful spot for your ceremony!

With the popularity of Quarry Lake, I'm sure most event/décor rental companies (if you're doing chair rentals etc vs. a stand-up wedding) are used to the time constraints for set-up and take-down for ceremonies held there.

Depending on the length of ceremony and size of guest list, an hour on either side of the ceremony time should be sufficient, but touch base with rental companies to find out for sure. For me, this would be an area I would spend on the set-up and take-down by the company instead of trying to save money by having family and friends do it.

This location I am not aware of though some of the couples here have gotten married there and can share their views on that aspect looking of setting up/breaking down. Do they not have any reviews to see on their website?
