We are trying to look for my wedding band and we are having a real problem with budget and the cost of gold. My engagement ring was bought over two years ago and now gold prices have gone up so much that to get a band in the same gold is going to cost twice our budget!!!
The jeweller suggests getting the same gold as it will wear similar to my engagement ring. But I’m not sure if we can do that any more.
Any opinion on this? Switching gold metals? Having a different K gold from one ring to the next?
