Planning an Engagement Photo Shoot

We dressed the same level of formality. If you're in a summer dress, have him in a button down shirt, or if you're in a blouse, have him wear a nice t-shirt and slacks (although I think a button down on men always works).

I just picked something out I liked on me first which was harder and then picked few shirts with some nicer jeans for him- he said he didn't care what he wore just to get him something lol

I honestly went on Pinterest and looked at what other people wore at the venue we chose for our photos 😂 I’m the least creative person. Luckily, I then found a pastel dress that worked.

1st - location

2nd - weather

3rd - just don't wear patterns!

We just picked our nicest outfits and crossed our fingers, honestly. Most things look good against green grass, if you're doing your photos outdoors. If you are taking pictures in a space with a dominant colour (let's say, with red carpeting or a blue wall) try to wear a colour that looks good against that backdrop. In the end, be comfortable in what you choose

Honestly, I picked our location first and then chose an outfit based on that. We are very outdoorsy people and don’t like the city much, so we chose a beautiful provincial park. We both wore jeans and nice shirts 🙂

Honestly, for me, I went very simple. We both wore jeans, and I wore a light pink tank top, and my FH wore a white T- Shirt.

Check out Pinterest, I found a couple pins that had outfits, and colours put together for both individuals. But it also comes down to how casual/ dressy you want your pictures, and what makes you feel comfortable!

There isn't any way to coordinate unless you have a place in mind that you want to get the pictures taken. Outfits can vary from casual to formal on where your setting/surrounding is around.

Decide first on the place, then choose accordingly to what your outift will match (rustic, modern, classy and more). Your FH will dress semi formal i imagine to look as good as you.
