Plan b

So our wedding was supposed to be in Jamaica Easter weekend next year. With this whole disaster of covid-19 we have basically been told the resort isn't handling new wedding bookings as they have to focus on rescheduling weddings from this April. They are top priority. So now im freaking out trying to plan a local wedding and I know most places need to be booked more than a year in advance. Does anyone have recommendations on a maybe waterfront or greenhouse ? I still want my wedding be be really green . Any help is appreciated
