Hi everyone,

I hope wedding planning is going well and that you girls & guys are having loads of fun.

So I wanted some input from you guys.

Between my morning chinese tea ceremony and my wedding ceremony, I will have a couple hours of slow time. My photographer suggested that we could go to a place and take some pictures, so he suggested that we go back to our high school to take some "first look" photos. However, our wedding is going to be on Sunday so we have to ask them if that's allowed.

So I wanted to see if anyone can suggest any ideas where we should take pictures on our wedding day during that "down time".

Few suggestions I've gotten so far are:

- High school (that's where we met)

- Playdium

- Ontario Science Centre

- Community Centre

I'm open to ideas, please feel free to help me brainstorm a bit Smiley laugh

Yeah the photographer is the one that's mentioned this to us...

We only worry that our high school won't be open as we are getting married on Sunday so i'm just thinking ahead for a backup plan Smiley winking

Not a problem, it's always nice to have different ideas thrown out there.

Have you spoken to your photographer about options? They usually know a few places to go as well.

I would have loved to go to Casa Loma / Toronto Botanical Gardens....

However, we won't have that much time to come down between our morning traditions to before the wedding ceremony to come downtown for the pictures.

You also have to pay for the photo permit so it's not reallly worth it for only an hour or so shots

Also, I worry it will be still a bit cold in April so we are trying to looking for some indoor ideas Smiley smile

But thank you for your idea though

All such great ideas. Have you also thought of Casa Loma, Toronto Botanical Gardens, Old Mill or Black Creek Pioneer Village.

Distillery district is really pretty, however it doesn't really carry any much special meaning for us and we won't have that much time to come down between our morning traditions to before the wedding ceremony to come downtown for the pictures.

But thank you for your idea though Smiley smile Smiley smile

All those ideas you listed sound great! Especially if they mean something to you. Have you ever thought of the distillery district in Toronto? It's one of my favourite spots in all of Toronto.
    Good luck!

We are getting married in April so outdoor is most likely not very doable as it might still be snowing or wet grounds and there won't be much flowers that are blooming yet. If anything, the trees might still be bare from the cold.

That's why I'm trying to see where we can get some nice indoor photos Smiley smile

Are there any green spaces or public gardens or greenhouses where you could get some outdoor photos?
