We are paying $2400 for a full day (no hour limit) and they are including the engagement shoot in that pricing and they do a photo booth on the dance floor (being optimistic with Covid). They are also giving us the option of a second shooter who is a student for $300 extra so we are undecided on that but it's nice to have the option.

I have an eight hour day + engagement shoot including in my package. I opted not to have a second shooter since we're not getting ready in separate locations beforehand (our venue has two areas for both parties to get ready in, or the bridal suite can be divided into two separate rooms). When the whole covid poopstorm came flying at us, our photographer was okay with any date postponements provided she wasn't already booked on the new dates we selected. She also agreed to split the hours into different events on different dates if we could only do ceremony now and reception later.

Then again, I've known our photographer since high school so not sure if most are willing to be as flexible.

I found our photographer on Kijiji at the time and his price for the package was amazingly $1300 covering a whole day of the wedding and engagement shoot.
