Asking for a friend because her hair stylist is saying she can still do her hair style for her wedding that is happening during this four week lockdown. Has anyone found any details about personal care services for weddings being different from regular personal care that’s shut down?
I think it falls under the guideline of personal care but if you have any links that say otherwise I would love to see that to help it get cleared up
