Permits Required?

Hi all!

We are planning on having our wedding on my parent's acreage about 15 minutes away from town. Does anyone know what kind of permits are required to do so? I want to make sure we have all of our bases covered to ensure we dont get shut down!

The only one I can think of is a liqour license. Any help is appreciated!

Touch base with the MD they live in. They'll let you know what permits etc you need, as well as bylaws that may have an impact.
Also, consider host liability insurance along with your liquor license, just in case something happens. An insurance professional should be able to help you with this. Have your parents check with their home insurance company as well - it may be included in their policy.

Definitely a liquor license! I can’t think of anything else, but I am no expert! I would recommend joining a local wedding group on Facebook and posting your question on there! That was all the info will be specific to your area!
