I’m getting married in Victoria and can confirm that the Parkside Hotel, Oak Bay Resort, and Inn and Laurel Point have ocean views as do many of the spa or hotel venues. You can inquire specifically when you contact venues and can send a kind of sweeping/mass message as well.
