Parents on Wedding Program

I have a complicated family. My father is estranged so will not be on the wedding program. My mom, however, is in my life but cannot attend the wedding due to medical issues. Do I still add her to the program? If I don't, do I keep his parent's names off too? I feel like it would look weird with just his parents.

    Your moms name can be added as this is your decision to make sense with his parents. Though your speech can include she couldn't be there in person and the support she has given you over the years.

    I would put her name just so she could feel included even though she's not there.
