Hi Everyone . I’m looking for outdoor wedding venues in Alberta , preferably in the Edmonton area. I’ve looked at a couple of places but nothing really catches the eye. I’m hoping if anyone who has had their ceremony at an outdoor venue could drop a few suggestions ... wedding out be probably summer 2022 with approximately 80 guests .

    Have you thought about Provincial Parks? The park 30 mins from my city was only $100 if we did all the set/up take down ourselves. The price went up if we required park staff, and more on top of staff if we required barriers for roads and/or pathways.

    Not sure about AB's system but may be worth looking into

    Searching the internet was helpful when looking for outdoor venues Alberta. I know some were looking for the same as you are in this area. It did give some good sites to check out. Getting to know from others is another great way as well.

    Check the local wedding/swap groups on facebook. You might be able to find something there! A lot of vendors and venues post on these groups to help couples

    No problem! it's very hard to find something I find in the Edmonton area, so I have taken a deep dive in the wedding community to find as much as I can because I don't like the idea of a regular hotel wedding venue.

    Hey! I haven't had my wedding but I have done an extreme amount of research.

    Have you checked out any of the botanic gardens in Edmonton? One on Whyte Ave by the U of A, one in St. Albert and im pretty sure the other one is Sherwood Park. Really pretty places if you are looking for the outdoor, flowers and greenery look.

    I also like this Mansion in the Edmonton Area, its absolutely perfect (one of many places I want to check out) and it has a outdoor gazebo and outdoor space with access to a bathroom and bridal suite, for a 3 hour rental for outdoor ceremony it is only about $750 - $1400 depending on how many hours you use. I will attach the website!
