Hi Everyone

My brother is getting married next year May/June. We are planning to have an outdoor reception for about 250 to 300 guests. Looking for venue recommendations in the GTA. Most of the venues we have emailed do not accommodate 250-300 guests nor offer outdoor receptions.

Hey! Sounds like your wedding will be quite the event! We have venue listings on WeddingWire, you can skim through our list of Venues in the GTA that can accommodate over 250 guests to help you narrow down some options. Below are just a couple examples I found that can accommodate over 300 people.

I'm pretty sure there is no outdoor space that can accommodate a banquet for 300. That's a lot of real estate to leave as a blank slate that can't be used for half the year considering Canadian temperatures. So you'll either have to decrease the guest list if you want to stay outdoors or nix the idea of an outdoor reception if you must have that many guests. You can likely have an outdoor ceremony though.
