Have it as its beautiful wheather amd nature comes through. Your venue shouldukd have a back up plan if it rains.

As long as you have a plan B for inclement weather, then go for it!

Plan for precipitation. That means covered seating, accounting for women outdoors in heels, etc. Consider including some thoughtful items like citronella candles around the ceremony location if its during bug season, lemonade or cider as the weather calls for, or fans to keep people cool.

Definitely agree with the other brides, outdoor can be gorgeous but very unpredictable. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

Outdoor weddings are nice but it's hard to predict the weather in this country. I agree with Alexa that you should have a back up plan. My ceremony will be held outside at the venue's gazebo, but in the event of rain it will be moved onto the venue's large covered patio.

I am wondering the same thing , my city is known to be a very religious and lots of churches to hold a wedding but limited options for civil weddings. I would make sure 1) have a backup plan 2) make sure seats are available for all guests 3) have a gazebo/umbrellas available to put up if it is too hot. Those are the things I am thinking of if I decide to do an outdoor wedding. Hope that helps Smiley smile
