Is anyone else having an outdoor ceremony in May. How are you dealing with the possibility of mud on the bottom of the dress?

    I'm thinking of bustling my dress for the walk down the aisle and then having my maid of honour unbustle it once I get to the front! Otherwise, we might put down a simple aisle runner? I don't know how rustic your wedding is, but WeddingStar has a really cute burlap one!

    It’s outside a building there is a brick wall way for part but getting to the aisle is just grass

    Hey Alicia! Is your ceremony on someplace like a golf course that will be well maintained, or somewhere like the woods where the terrain might be rougher? Have you thought about renting an aisle runner? Could you have your dress hemmed so that it doesn't brush on the ground too much?
