Our Engagement Photos are in 2 weeks early but...

Julie, on February 6, 2019 at 19:30 Posted in Before the wedding 0 10
1st of all, our Engagement shoot was Feb 1 & our Photographer said they'd be 2 to 3 weeks! I have No clue how to see them! My hands are literally shaking with excitement and I am computer illiterate. The email says our photos are in something called a drop box or maybe its droplet... either way, I clicked on open folder but it said I was denied. I need to pay for a special app. Does this sound right? Am I really going to be able to fall asleep knowing my pictures are somewhere in cyberspace and I can't see them!!!! As if lol

If it's Dropbox, you shouldn't have to pay to see them, you might have to create an account but you can get free accounts.

I use Dropbox for work all the time and I get clients saying they can't get in/don't have access but 99% of the time they just need an account.

My photographer used Dropbox. I'm pretty sure all you do is go to the Dropbox website or app. Sign up/log in. The photographer should have given you a link or something and just use that to access them. Then you download the file to your phone or computer and they should be there. If not then contact your photographer!

I had a similar thing with my photographer and there was nothing like that for me - you shouldn't need any app! Mine were waiting for me once I clicked the link so yours should too I would assume.

Make sure to share some: Engagement Photo's!

Mine were also saved in something like that and I did not have to pay to see them. I would definitely check with your photographer.
