Hi lovelies, I am a bit stumped as I have encountered many bakers that want to make me a cake based on my guest numbers. The venue comes with a three course meal that includes dessert. Would you just order a small cake for cutting purposes? Thanks!

We are having a full blown dessert table! I love dessert and want all my favorites so I plan on getting a cake with 30-40 servings. (We will have 50-60 guests) With having multiple dessert options you don't need a serving of cake for every guest.

Totally up to you! For my wedding we did a pie cutting so that we could get the pictures and to let our guests know it was time for dessert to be served. At my sister's wedding they didnt do a cutting or do an announcement so no one knew when dessert was served. If you want a little cake then go for it, but feel free to skip the cost and do something less traditional
