I am looking for recommendations for an Ontario honeymoon. Wedding is July, so preferably something geared more towards the outdoors

We are getting married July 24th. We are going to the Bruce peninsula/Tobermory. I have booked a room right at the tip overlooking the water. We plan to snorkel and enjoy the sights. Lots of beautiful places in Ontario for a honeymoon.

We are headed to the Bruce Peninsula in Tobermory this June for ours. Found a cute campground that offers private cabins with their own bathrooms. We are planning on exploring the area lots of hiking and hopefully swimming!

Do you have the link for this? It sounds perfect! We are supposed to be on a Mediterranean cruise in July but, well, we're also coming up with other ideas now haha.

Ours is in July too. We’ve had to reconsider our honeymoon plans due to covid and are currently staying in Ontario as well. For now we are thinking about the Sterling Inn and Spa in Niagara Falls. That way we can do a wine tour, couples spa day, breakfast in bed, casino nights (restrictions permitting) etc. Best of luck with your honeymoon planning!

Footprints Resort in Bancroft, near Algonquin. It's a camping style couples retreat overseeing a private lake with a small beach. But since it is camping style, you have to cook and whatnot, but there are restaurants if you drive into town.

FH and I were supposed to be married last July, but postponed to this year. But before we postponed we had booked what should've been our honeymoon, and we kept the reservation because it was an Airbnb cabin we had rented so it was secluded anyway. It was in Calabogie and was a beautiful modern cabin and had it's own private piece of beach. We had access to kayaks, canoes, fire pit, sports equipment, hiking trails, etc. It was a great vacation even though it didn't end up truly being our honeymoon.
