We used My Registry. It was super easy. I have the app and I added the widget to my chrome browser. I could add anything from any website that sells things. Amazon, Etsy, Canadian Tire, Ikea, you name it! You can also sync registries from Amazon and Bed Bath and Beyond (or wherever, but that's what we had) so it's all in one spot. We added kitchen items, tools, and gift cards among other things.

Yeah I agree with Hank! MyRegistry is great and will give you suggestions as well as collect al your registries in one place.
