One month married.

Heyyy..

trying to get back in the swing of things here. We are a few days away from celebrating our one month anniversary! I can't believe it's been a month already.

Our wedding was so perfect and unfortunately one week later we very unexpectedly lost one of our dogs. It was absolutely heartbreaking and such a crazy turmoil of emotions in a short period of time. We were so blissfully happy and all of a sudden had our world ripped out from under us. It's been a rough couple of weeks but we are settling into married life and moving forward.

There are so many weddings coming up this summer, I hope everyone is feeling excited!

Best piece of advice I got nearing the date was that if I forgot anything no one else would even know... try not to sweat the small stuff. It will all be worth it in the end!

Time flies so fast once you get married and starting noticing the anniversary and then realize the one year is near. I was in the same boat and looking forward to each day onwards.

Sorry to hear about your dog passing away, its sad when their time has to come and hope you get their ashes (a bit) in a pendant urn to always know he/she is with you.

Our dog Peanut passed away before we even got married June 4, 2015 and it was heartbreaking to my husband at the time. I told myself to be strong and to support him. It was difficult to seeing him going away slowly yet hard to cry cause he meant a lot to me too. On that note, every time we find a dime, it goes into a Ziploc bag knowing that he is remembering us ever since the day after we found one it was him leaving us a reminder in that way.

I'm sure there will be something to that affect you will find and do to know that your child (dog) is giving you a sign.

I'm sorry to hear about your dog Smiley heart having lost our kitten a couple months ago I know it can really push a relationship.

I love that advice - as long as we don't make a big deal out of something going wrong people wouldn't know the difference! Hence why I love improv so much!
