That is about the average price as I had contacted an Officiant for $350 in 2017. I know city halls do charge $400 with taxes on top.

Try Alesia, she’s in the GTA.
We did our small ceremony last month and she charges us way less than $400, she is willing travel to your location. She was very professional as well.

What kind of ceremony are you thinking of having? If you don't need to adhere to a particular faith, you can try Tade the Marrying Lady. She has good reviews and has different packages to suit different budgets.
