Today is definitely an exciting day since we are now 99 days from the wedding, and officially in the double digits for our countdown!!!

I feel like things are coming together! To celebrate, I'm sending out the invitations today and I've booked update meetings with my vendors in August when I'm back in London. All the bridesmaid's dresses are ordered, and only the best woman and 1 groomsmen need to get measured still, but they have until 60 days to avoid rush fees. We only have little details to fine-tune and decor to DIY, but that will come with time! We'll also have to get the license closer to the day lol

I'm definitely excited, but anxious about sending the invites - I know some people will complain about no kids (2 cousins in particular) and/or plus ones. I'm also worried about a lot of people saying no - I had a nightmare that only 40 out of 140 guests said yes. There's a few people I feel will say no, but they are more distant relatives so I DGAF as much. And then there's also the late/absent RSVP response too.

Any tips to navigate RSVP woes? Where are others in their countdown? What's next on the to-do list for people?

I am so excited that you're part of the double digits! I remember when I reached mine, I was SO HAPPY. Now I'm nearing in on single digits and I am seriously not sure how this is happening so quickly!

I wrote in the number of seats we reserved for each guest and their names so hopefully guests get the hint. One of my FH's cousins will definitely complain that her 3+ kids under 5 aren't invited but if it bothers you, just don't come! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I like how you think of it, the less people who come, the less people we pay for, and they are missing out! It still sucks but it is life!
Sounds like things are coming together for you nicely, I feel like the double digit days are going to fly by!

RSVP woes - definitely went through that when I sent out our first round of invitations back in May! I would say to contact people maybe the week before they are due to see if they even received the invitations. We had 3 invites get lost in the mail (still don't know where they are right now but at my work we receive return mail from 3 years ago...).

Yayyy!!! Double digits are so exciting, I feel like I have been doing so much since I hit less than 100 days!
I sent my invites out last week and have the same concerns. We put "adults only ceremony and reception" right on the RSVP card, I know many people say it is not good to put that on there, but for some family members it just needs to be out there so I don't get any surprise RSVPS. As for people saying they can't come, look at it as one less person you have to pay for. I know that sounds bad, but in my mind, I think " well thats less money I have to spend", plus their loss for missing an amazing day and party!!!
We are 84 days away from the big day! I just finalized food and decor with my venue this week. My hair and makeup trial is at the end of the month, and then we are just waiting for our rings to come back from getting sized!
