Off The Rack Dress

So, I'm hoping to be able to buy a dress off the rack. Does anyone know of any place in or around the Kingston area that offers off the rack dresses?

    I'm not sure, sorry! You'd have to give them a call. I'm finding that a lot of bridal places i've had to call for things like specific amount of guests because things are constantly changing and so are their policies. Best of luck!
