Newly Engaged Couples!

Tradition? What's that? LOL! We lived together for 2 years. In October 2019, we booked our wedding and started a bit of planning after some discussion. Now, on Valentines day. He tricked me into thinking he forgot about the holiday. I made him a special breakfast including chocolate covered strawberries. He was still pranking me. I was annoyed and moody. So, I buried myself in my laptop before deciding to rest in bed because I was "tired". Then he came in on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was totally surprised. Later, I got him back by saying I had a problem. When he asked what was wrong, I told him that I could barely type because my ring was too heavy and sparkly. LOL!

Thank You and congrats to all the other Brides to be !! My new fiancé (feels weird to say) planned on purposing on Christmas Day but my ring didn’t arrive on time. He still kept it a secret and when I arrived home from work he told me to go look at our Christmas tree as my parcel arrived.. when I got there he said don’t turn around I want to show our daughter first. Then he said turn around and when I did he was on one knee and said will you marry me ? I feel like I had a total brain fart because I just stared and kept repeating are you serious( he’s a jokester & I never thought this would happen) ... finally he stood up and said yes I’m serious what’s your answer and of course I said yes 😊
