LOVE IT. I am actually going to have a semi naked cake. Carrot Cake, it is not traditional but this is the one day where it's all about me and my fiancé.

They aren't my favourite type of cakes because icing is my favourite part! But for the right type of wedding, I think it would fit perfectly!

I love the look of naked cakes! It didn't really go with the style of our wedding but I would def do it for another occasion! (My birthday is coming up so I should remind my husband... ) My only concern was if it would dry out since it didn't have fondant to hold in the moisture but one of my friends had one for her wedding and she said that it wasn't dry at all. I'm not a big icing fan so I would love to try this cake!
