My perfect wedding dress is: + i have no idea how to figure out the total

My dream wedding dress is very unique, I actually had to order it out of China to even find it. My dress is a ballroom gown with a small train. It has a sweet heart neck line but isn't strapless. It has sheer long sleeves cover in small diamonds with lots of diamonds capping the shoulders. The sleeves do up at the top of my neck and the back is corset style to the waste. And it is covered completely in diamonds. My dream dress at it's finest.

    I do, mine is still having some alterations done to make it fit just a little tighter but this is the orginal picture of it that made me fall in love.
