Must Haves! Wedding Playlist!

Something my family does that I never realized, until my late 20s, isn't common.

Paradise by the Dashboard Light and line the men and women up across from each other for a "showdown".
People always love it!

I wanted something guests of all ages would know and be able to enjoy so there is a lotttt of 80s hits on our Spotify playlist lol.

We are hard rock/metal music lovers, but it's not a great genre for dancing so I've been quite selective. However, I will share my idea of asking in the invites for one song that would get you on the dance floor. Then you can try to add as many as you can to your playlist. You can always have a game if you want of match the song to the requester lol.

We also both like Latin pop so we have Perderme contigo by Bacilos.

Modern Love by David Bowie is on my must play list!

Also gotta have some maritime classics like Feel the Same Way Too by the Rankin Family, and The Newfie Stomp

My Husband also loves country music (even though I hate it) I'm sure I'll be dancing with him to Chris Stapleton

I'm a sucker for disco and oldies. Not that I only want that at wedding. FH loves 80's. Now I'm more into country.... There are so many great songs out there. I have caught myself singing in the car to something lately thinking I have to have that one though.... We have to have the old standards cotton eyed Joe and YMCA. Probably no bird dance though 😆
