I am planning on getting my wedding planner certificate next year, so I’ve made some friends in the industry to gain some knowledge and build Repertoire!! So I asked a friend of mine who is a wedding planner and is quite big, she has done a lot of beautiful weddings!

This is what she said to me
Hi Alyx,
Mountain weddings in or close to the national park are very difficult to find that are not all inclusive. I don’t know any that allow you to bring in your own alcohol. My recommendation would be to either extend the couples budget and offer beer and wine and a signature drink. It keeps cost lower. But most venues ask for a minimum spend. Wish I was more help

I was in the same position as you and I really wanted to get married at the Malcolm but it was just too expensive so the next best thing was Cochrane ranchehouse, we get married there this September 🤗I’m still looking around for you though! I’ll let you know if I find something!
Are you going for that rustic vibe or do you just want it to be in the mountains! (Just asking to help narrow the search) 😊

I’m getting married at Cochrane ranche house, not really mountains but there is that rustic feel and they allow you to bring your own liquor!
