Looking for suggestions for a traditional mother-son dance song. I know what I'll be dancing with my dad to but my FH is having a hard time thinking of things.

Note: not Forever Young.

Simple man by lynyrd skynyrd. shinedown does a great cover too if you're looking for something more alternative.

I think I will be using Slow Down by Nichole Nordeman for my father daughter dance but it works with a mother and son as well - in fact if my dad veto's it then I will be recommending it to my FH and his mom

A nice song that i chose and really perfect for us and mother dance was A Mother's Song by Jim Brickman. Once you hear it, you know it will tear you up and the right pace.
