Mother of the Bride & Groom

I'm doing a tie patch for my Dad, with wording similar to that on the Mother of the Bridge handkerchief. For my mom, a mother daughter statue I found online. She's picky about jewelry so I knew that wasn't an option haha

I can't decide but am leaning towards earrings for our Moms. I bought my Dad a pocket watch a couple years ago. I'm just not sure. Men are so much harder to buy for imo. We are buying Mother of the bride and Groom, Father of the bride and Groom wineglasses.

We did earrings for the moms and pocket watches for the dads- big hit!

Oh my goodness. I haven't even thought about this. Thanks for the reminder. I think for my mom and in-law I would get something similar. Like a beautiful bracelet or necklace with a wedding charm. Just my thought. Maybe for the father of the bride and groom, the groom will have to figure this out??? I'm lost too I guess. I'm reading the comments too to get ideas

Ugh right?! My mom will wear the necklace all the time but both dads don't wear ties on the regular. Might also do coffee mugs/drink ware for both dads and my mom.

I’m having a hard time thinking of something useful still after the wedding. I like the tie clip idea for dads, I’m stuck for them, they’re hard to shop for.

I hadn’t thought about it much yet, but my thoughts for Moms is jewelry and Dads I still have no clue yet!

That’s a great idea with the pearls. My FH is a June baby too, that’s a good idea I’m going with a vintage dress so that’s perfect. The dads don’t have much in common except for the love of beer. I don’t know if I wanna do that, They both love Tim Hortons too

We got both my mother and his mother Pearl earrings. I am wearing pearl jewelry (handed down from my great grandmother), and the traditional birthstone for both my fiancé and I is a pearl (June), so it has meaning for that too.

For my dad and his step father, we got personalized golf sets.

I'm getting my mom a nice necklace with her birthstone for her to wear the day of (Her birthday is in October and we are getting married then!). My FH's mom isn't around so that was one less thing to think about.

I'm thinking of getting the dads personalized tie clips. The groomsmen might be getting cufflinks to wear but we also want to give them something they could use after the wedding.

I like the idea of getting them something like this:

Obviously for the MOG have it say "Today a Groom, tomorrow a husband, always your son."

The album could also work double duty for the dads too!
