Don’t quote me on this, but I believe renting the space is between 5-7K. I know it’s above 5K because I remember it being more expensive than other event spaces we were looking into. That doesn’t include the fee to clean the space or taxes, if I recall. This is just for the room, no rentals.

Rentals, depends on what kind of decor/look you’re going for and your budget. I’ve seen a lot of pretty weddings there, but the cost for rentals per person is typically $70-$100. Under $70, you’re looking at more basic decor and chairs. You will need to rent all the dishes, ovens, napkins, etc., unless your caterer provides (many don’t have all the stuff).

Then you have the caterer, this tends to be over $100 if you’re considering open bar. Most caterers are $120-$150 (including open bar). This doesn’t include tax and tip.

Since most of us don’t have the knowledge or time, many of these weddings require coordinators or planners to pull off.

Overall, the cost per person at these event spaces tends to be $200-250 a person for the venue, rentals, and food. The plus side is that it is a “custom wedding” that you design, but it tends to cost more than reception halls and requires more planning.
