Yikes that is so frustrating? What happened? Is it a timing issue or a fight issue? Surely something can be done to help?

I'm so sorry to hear that. You have a right to be angry. Is there no way that they'll be able to make it? Maybe they can rearrange things so they can make it. Still 54 days...

Ugh that sucks to hear!!! but the fact that they are leaving you when your wedding is coming up is so rude! forget them! we have an uneven amount in our wedding party. he has more groomsmen than i have girls and i dont mind at all! can you fill the space with any other girls?

So sorry to hear all of that! Definately allow for some big venting time, get it all out and then agreed with the other ladies suggestions. Un-even numbers are totally fine as well. There can be lots of fun photos and such with them.

I am so sorry to hear! This is rough and very close to wedding. That would be frustrating specially with the money aspect. Did they say why they backed out? I agree with Allison on her suggestions though

Woah - I am sorry to read that! Just take a minute to let it all out - I find that although a big freak out with yelling and crying to myself and/or my FH helps my outlook on things even if it doesn't solve anything.

Then I would say I agree with everything that Allison has said. Do you have any sisters or does your FH have any sisters that you could ask to be in the wedding party?

I'm so sorry on you losing your bms and flower girl, especially after spending so much money on them!! We have the same wedding date and I would be livid if someone in my wedding party backed out now! Did they say why they backed out?

Your sides are a little lopsided, but now you can pair 2 guys with each girl - which could call for some funny photos, however, if you wanted your sides balanced, you could have one of the gm stand on your side or ask 2 others to be bms (i.e. 2 that you wanted to have but didn't have room at the time).

It's is getting close, so if you decide to ask 2 new bms, I would look at azazie.ca for dresses - there is a wide selection of styles/colours and they ship in 3-4 weeks. They wouldn't match the others exactly, but you do what you gotta do in a time-crunch.
