Mason jar size for drinks

Hi all! We are using Mason jars as a wedding favour/drink ware for the night and I am just wondering what size would be ideal for that! Should we go mini mason jars 8oz or regular 16oz?

It will be there glass for the night, to use whatever they wish! Our bartender is providing other glassware from the bar

8oz is pretty small, just 1 cup when converted. So if you're having kids at your wedding then that size would be good for them. But for the adults I'd definitely go with the 16oz.

16oz for sure. 8oz is pretty small and not nearly as useful/versatile as 16oz.

I would go with the standard 16oz size. We have a bunch of 8oz ones that rarely get used other than for leftover gravies. If I'm drinking something out of a mason jar, it's always out of a 16oz one.
